CONTEXT
Resto-Bar La Prolongation is a restaurant situated between the two ice hockey arenas of Complexe Sportif Guimond in Laval Canada. While the location itself had been in operation for some time under the previous owners, it never had a logo or identity.
MANDATE
With no previous logo, La Prolongation needed something simple to complete their signage and gives themselves an image to the public. La Prolongation's unique placement in a sports complex meant that the name, quite literally translated as "Overtime", had a deep connection to its location. Embedding name and location would serve as a the basis of La Prolongation's identity.
